Creative planting: choosing interesting plants for your garden and green spaces

Join John Wakeling for a walk and talk about the variety of plants here in the park and their stories… get inspired to select a wider variety of plants for your own enjoyment of nature

The workshop will last about 2 to 3 hours, includes a 2 km walk with stops along the way to discuss landscape choices and plant assessment.

Bring along a pair of secateurs, a notebook and plastic bag for cuttings.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and depending on the weather bring along a jacket.
