It was great to have the opportunity to meet and discuss ideas for the future of the Matangi area at the meeting at Matangi Hall last Sunday.

The meeting and survey are organised by the Matangi Community Committee – all local volunteers. With our process coinciding with Council’s request to get feedback for the Long Term Plan some have asked whether this process is being organised by Council. This is a separate feedback and survey process.

We collected a lot of ideas from Sunday’s drop in and there are good responses to the survey but we would love some more. Please complete the online or hard copy survey by midnight October 28.
