Sometime on Wednesday night the Matangi Hall was broken into. As it is not known exactly when the break in happened it would be good to know whether anyone has any information that would enable the Hall committee and the police to know who carried out this needless damage to our community Hall. Some equipment was spread about and locked rooms broken into but it is understood nothing of value was found or taken. Please contact Ian Wallace, 0278295848 , if you have information to share. The Hall committee will increase security at the point of entry and consider other options to prevent a reoccurrence.
