If you are a frequenter of the Allan Turner Bridge, that links Fuschia Lane and Woodcock Road, you will be aware of the amazing transformation of the gully below. The creators of that beautiful bush are now hard at work in the part of the same gully that is accessed from the end of Bilsthorpe. A huge amount of work has been done already and it will be exciting to watch the progress. Once you are down the gravel track it is an easy wander along the track, over the bridges, past the eels to the 2025 track development and planting, and back again. Plenty of water so child supervision is important. Feeding the big eels could be a highlight – take some soft dog roll. Otherwise just enjoy the quiet space, the birdsong and sound of flowing water.
