After a member of our community suggested that an extension to the Lime scooter boundary may be of help to some residents during the February to May road closure, Hamilton City Council has followed up and an extension along Matangi Road has been agreed as per the map.
Do you have any suggestions for support services that could be provided to or offered by the local community?

Could the Tamahere and Matangi bus go down Matangi Road to Assisi and pick adults up and come back down Matangi Road? Then proceed through Woodside into Hoeka and Ruakura through to Uni. ( Instead of coming to the Jack Foster Reserve by Matangi School and not going any further up or down Matangi Road).
This bus could not become a temporary school bus because the school buses have their own routes and they would have to change these with permission from the Ministry of Education .
