This July, 15 sculptural interpretations of ruru are landing at the park. We are joining forces with the National Bird of Prey Centre—Wingspan and Mitre10 to recognise and provide for New Zealand’s native owl. With help from Wintec, we have 20 nesting boxes ready to be installed to protect birds throughout the Waikato.
