To make sure you have your say, we’re coming to you!

Drop in anytime between: 6:30-8pm

What is an LTP?
A Long Term Plan is a 10-year budgeted plan that we put together once every three years that details all the work we do on your behalf. What are we being consulted on?
The main consultation points for this LTP include:
– General rates increase
– Pensioner housing
– Inorganic rubbish collection. Want to find out more?

As part of the Long Term Plan the Council is proposing to move away from Community grants for specific projects and allocate the funding to community initiatives identified in the Blueprint process. In previous years Matangi has benefitted from project funding from Council for the CCTV camera and the WW1 Roll of Honour in the Matangi Hall.
